Privacy Policy
At Gizmoport, accessible from gizmoport.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Gizmoport and how we use it.
1. Local Processing Data
The engineering calculators provided on Gizmoport run locally in your browser (client-side execution). We do not store, intercept, or transmit the specific numerical parameters, schematics, or dimensions you input into our tools to any external server database.
2. Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, Gizmoport uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Gizmoport utilizes native affiliate links. When you click on outgoing hardware recommendations (such as Amazon Associates links) and make a purchase, Gizmoport may earn a commission. These third-party affiliate networks use their own tracking cookies to process your referral. We do not have access to or control over these third-party cookies.

By accessing the Gizmoport infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
1. Engineering & Technical Liability Disclaimer
The calculators, algorithms, and telemetry outputs provided by Gizmoport are for theoretical estimation and educational purposes only.
Electrical wiring, thermal management, optical engineering, and high-voltage renewables carry severe risks of equipment failure, fire, injury, or death if improperly deployed. You agree that Gizmoport is not liable for any physical damage, hardware destruction, or personal injury resulting from reliance on our outputs. Always consult with certified mechanical or electrical engineers and verify local building/electrical codes before executing a real-world build.
2. Intellectual Property
The calculator algorithms, matrix UI designs, text blocks, and structured code comprising the Gizmoport website are the intellectual property of Gizmoport. You may not scrape, clone, or redistribute our calculator logic for commercial platforms without explicit written authorization.
3. External Linking
Gizmoport has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website (including affiliate hardware nodes) and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Gizmoport. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
4. Revisions and Errata
The technical materials appearing on Gizmoport's website could include technical, typographical, or algorithmic errors. Gizmoport does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the matrix at any time without notice.
