3. Intellectual Property Rights

The custom mathematical algorithms, interactive calculator UI patterns, structured HTML/Tailwind templates, and written field guides are the proprietary intellectual property of Gizmoport. Automated scraping, systematic cloning, algorithmic reverse engineering, or unauthorized redistribution of our client-side logic for commercial platforms is strictly prohibited.

4. Revisions, Technical Errata, & External Links

Engineering standards evolve, and field parameters vary. Gizmoport reserves the right to modify calculation constants, formulas, and visual matrices at any time without notice. Gizmoport is not responsible for the content, safety, or accuracy of third-party vendor websites linked through auxiliary hardware nodes.
